Suggested Use: Use 1/8 tsp. once a night for 2 weeks, then reduce to 1/8 tsp every other night for 2 weeks. Then reduce to 1/8 tsp every other night or the lowest dose to achieve balance. There is no need to stop using Estriol when you take your break from natural progesterone. For best results use vaginally, especially for vaginal dryness or vaginal cell atrophy.
