Kava Extract supports a sense of emotional well-being and relaxation in times of mild stress without creating sleepiness. Kava-lactones, the active ingredient, may relax the mind as well as the muscles.
Excludes: coatings, binders, gluten, milk/dairy, soy protein, egg protein & sugar.
Recommended Dosage: 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily between meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Daily dosage should not exceed 4 capsules per day.
